The Active Feedback-sensing Technology (AFT) on the 40V max X2 (80Vmax) XGT Brushless 355 mm Power Cutter switches the motor off if the wheel spinning stops abruptly. Makita’s Extreme Protection Technology (XPT) is designed to improve a tool’s function in tough environments by channelling water and dust away from vital internal components, an electric brake stops the wheel in 4 seconds or fewer, allowing for faster repositioning.
