“Tone up” and modify your favorite guitar or bass with an S-1 Switch from Fender. Originally featured as an upgrade to American and American Deluxe Series guitars and basses in 2003, the S-1 switch allows a multitude of tonal options for your instrument. The S-1 switch features four “stages” and can be wired into a variety of configurations (SPST, DPDT for a coil-tap, or 4PDT for a dual hum bucking coil tap). Works great in conjunction with a 4-pole “Super” Switch. Resistance 250K with a 0.25B taper. Choice of split shaft or solid shaft design. Switch knob and tip assemblies are also available in my shop.
